Once an order is placed and payment is successfully processed, the order cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to, situations where the customer changes their mind, fails to use the product, misunderstands the product details, or claims dissatisfaction after access has been provided.
All digital products, including online courses, webinars, downloadable resources, training programs, and consulting services, are delivered electronically and/or access is granted immediately or shortly after payment. Due to the instant and irreversible nature of digital access, refunds or charge backs are not possible.
Customers are responsible for reviewing all product details, descriptions, and terms before making a purchase. By completing the payment, the customer expressly agrees to this no-refund and no-cancellation policy.
In the event of a technical issue where access to the purchased product or service is not provided due to an error solely on our end, RITA PAL will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue by restoring access. This does not entitle the customer to a refund.
